Last week we held a skills development session with our Club Rugby Development Officer JP for our youth players 🏉

Groups were split into Junior and Senior Youths, each completing 1 hour of S&C and 1 hour out on the pitch 💪
The S&C included both gym work and speed training, while the pitch session focused on catch-pass, evasion drills, and a non-contact match to finish 👏
